My name is Paul Lehnert and I am PGA Member - Michigan section for over 20 years. I had the good fortune to be introduced to Nate Furlong and the WellFit team back in 2017. Over the past 6 years, we have been working together to not only improve my body for golf, but overall wellness, AND it has been an awesome experience. I will and have been recommending to all my pupils, friends and family for years how awesome the experience is at WellFit Life. The WellFit team is extremely knowledge about how the human body works, they are able to quickly identify the your weakness, and then develop a solution to build up your weakness's. With this knowledge, I have witnessed and experienced their ability to successfully help golfers of all skill levels. Personally, my results have been amazing! I have been able to directly identify from the support of the WellFit team, the ability to generate 5-7 mph of club-head speed with my driver, practice for longer periods of time and my endurance on the course during rounds does not decrease. I have recently been attending the Pilates sessions… and they are life changing. These sessions are structured for golfers and I strongly suggest any golfer give it a try. Not only do I feel better after a session - but able my mobility has increased significantly. All-in-all, my body just feels better because of WellFit Life!

I’m almost 72 years old and I started training to remedy the loss of upper body strength and flexibility over the past few years.
